Livingston provided superior service at a reasonable cost.
Livingston Roofing was the roofing subcontractor on a house remodel. They installed a low slope mechanically seamed standing seam metal roof that is "Class 4 impact resistant" for insurance purposes to replace an improperly sloped flat roof that leaked. They did an excellent job, the roof looks great, and they were the only subcontractor on this project that did not have a single item on the end of project punch list. Livingston installed my metal roof in 2008 and has quickly and reliably made repairs due to remodeling or storm damage. This repair was unrelated to the roof, but a piece of siding had detached at the base of the roof and they were able to climb the roof and refasten it.
