Took my kid for orthopedic surgery appointment at 405 Butterfly Gardens to see if he needed a surgery couldn't even get him upstairs because MD said non weight bearing injury so I wanted a wheelchair and there wasn't a clean wheelchair to push him upstairs and it was raining then when I asked for help they gave me gloves told me to clean myself and then when I ask for manager nobody knew their superiors or lied to me either way it was rude and unprofessional treatment felt like they were treating Mr that way just because I w... read more
My daughter was born with 6 toes on each side and she had to have surgery at just 11 months old and they were so informational and walked us through everything before it happened and made us feel like she was in the best of hands, and she was! Great, professional staff. Would recommend over anyone and we live in West Virginia!
Really it's one of the best orthopedic hospital in the world all the stuff from the lady at the parking to the lady's at the check in to the all stuff doctors nurse the lady who did the caste to my son all of them was very nice Thank you so much and God bless you
