The front desk scheduling person in neuro physical therapy (first floor) is awful. The tone in his voice tells you that he couldn't care less about what you're going through, which is difficult when you're dealing with a child's illness. He has an order for PT twice a week, yet there's zero scheduling and has to go almost two full weeks in between appointments, and they can only get him in once a week.
