I had a fantastic experience touring the available units at Living Q in Boyle Heights with Dayana! The units themselves are amazing, and Dayana’s service truly stood out—she was incredibly helpful in showcasing each unit’s unique benefits and made the entire experience enjoyable with her kindness and friendliness. Location is pretty good the freeway and roads offer great access. Power is regularly out here which is very frustrating when it is 90+ degrees. Be ready for random construction projects in your room or around the complex that can take multiple days. In my case they came by at 8 am without warning me.(when I told them they didn't warn me they literally just taped a piece of paper to my door and said it was there) They put in dry wall which they did not even fully clean the dry wall dust afterwards which is still lingering in ... read more

Hi, I am a tenant at the LivingQ property on Mission Rd. There are so many awesome amenities living here. We have a very nice patio space where I’ve been able to have BBQs, guests over for kickbacks and dinners for family and friends. We’ve also got some work out equipment and a personal trainer who lives in the building. He is awesome. We have an awesome kitchen with lots of room to cook and a variety of appliances to use.
