Here'so what happened to me: -Scheduled a couple's massage on Aug. 20th for the following Friday Aug. 27th. -Showed up a few minutes early for a 11am appointment. -at 11:45, 1 therapist there. We were told, "I don't know where the other therapist is." -continued to wait, received a pedicure while we waited, thanks but I scheduled & paid for a couples massage. -never received, paid in advance, massages. -it was a birthday gift surprise. Had an appointment for a couples massage. It was a Christmas present. Appointment time was 10:30, and we live 70 miles away. They called to cancel at 9:40 day of. We were almost there. Said there'd been a "family emergency ". I'm wondering if I'd have called with no notice to cancel, would they have charged me? Very bad business practice.

I have had pedicures done here multiple times. They are always quick to get me in & the girls do a great job with my feet. It is a very relaxing, clean environment. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
