I received a $225.00 gift card form my sisters for my 50th birthday. The expiration date is 7-4-2017. I went by the business to schedule an appointment and found out the Living Young Wellness Spa had gone out of business. I called the BBB and was given a phone number; I have called several times with no response. I would like a refund for my gift card or have it honored at another spa. I am shocked that Sandra Cates would scam so many people like this!!

This business is a fraud. We booke Dan appointment in July for September and when we went the appointment they cancelled took our $680.00. They canceled the appointment and actually when I looked took the money days before appointment. The try to stand being sensi med spa name and actually they are fake. they book your appointment with card and keep money when the appointment don't even exist.
