I have gained relief in my shoulders and neck - this used to be a source of constant tension. I have taken several car trips, and driving was much less stressful for me. I have gained a clearer thought process. I no longer feel like I struggle at work to think through my tasks. The benefits outweigh the costs. Being healthy, and actually "feeling healthy" are two different things.
