I honestly feel at home at this primary care office. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly! They are very quick to get me in to the next available appointment time and send my medications on time.
It really doesn’t matter how great the doctors here are because they never pick up the phone for scheduling. I’ve had this issue for four years with this practice and will be switching providers for convenience sake. I really don’t understand why they have not hired a receptionist in years. Obviously there are numerous complaints about the same issue and patients are not feeling as though their needs are being met by this practice’s current staffing. It is hugely disappointing.
An independent wellness center with a great staff who were genuine and kind. Diane really knows her stuff. I support their philosophy and the suggestions that I was given to maintain optimum health :)
