I met with Lindsey a few years ago per my therapist’s recommendation. I am just now able to talk about it. She was short, unprofessional, lacked empathy, diminished my feelings and past, dismissed me and treated me like a child. She told me I was an active member in my sexual abuse as a child and that is most likely why I’m gay. She said my suicide attemps were for attention because I was unsuccessful. Horrible experience and unsafe environment.

I have worked with Dr. Lindsey at Living Well Counseling Center, LLC (Tinton Falls NJ) over the past year and feel I am at a point where I can take back control over my thoughts and anxieties that originally brought me to her practice in the first place. I had no idea what brain-spotting was and I honestly figured I’d give it a try. I am glad I did. I can’t speak highly enough of the therapists at Living Well. Incredibly kind, supportive and thoughtful in their clinical approach. Also, highly trained in some of the most incredible interventions available. Definitely recommend trying brainspotting!

The services I received were professional, caring, and insightful. I was quickly able to get an appointment and get a schedule that accommodated me. I wholeheartedly recommend Living Well Counceling Center.
