I want to give a HUGE shout out to Dr Prakash for changing my life! Since I started coming to his office I’ve started to a corner with my overall health. For the last few months my neck, shoulders, and lower back were in pain from my daily routine at Trader Joe’s and working out. RecommendedI've received chiro care, massage, & personal training at LWB and every visit is always a treat! Paula always greets you with a smile and makes you feel like she's sincerely happy to see you again. Dr. Prakash's adjustments seem to alleviate my headaches and correct my posture. Meghan is making me rethink my qualms about massage and helping release the built up tension in my muscles. Wes is great fun to workout with - he educates, encourages, and pushes you at every session. The team at LWB is awesome!

Everyone here is great, always smiling, and just a relaxing and no-judgment environment to be in. They play music anywhere from country to reggae and shoes are optional. Only halfway through my treatment course, I can already see a vast improvement in my day to day activities and feel. Looking forward to the second half of my treatments and the continued improvements.
