Im so upset they seem to be there just to get your money for the install and never there after. I had issues with my pond and up to now we spent extra money and time to try to get resolved ourselves. Never came out for us. And now when we did everything we can i asked again for help and im at point of selling my fish and pond. No customer service and not a good way to deal with customers.
