RecommendedHad Tim over to install gas lines throughout my house for future appliances (we used to be all electric). Tim and his people were very professional, clean, and responsive. They dropped everything and came over a couple times to work around Black Hills erratic, show up whenever schedule. The City liked their work also and everything was done exactly like it should. Highly recommend.
Tim and Hunter were very professional and helpful. I called first thing this morning, they got us on the schedule right away and got the leak fixed with no problems!

Honest, prompt, polite, professional. I miss my Navien water heater immensely. Rinnai is company that of choice where we moved. Tim gave a fair quote, did professional work, and when a small human error happened, he went WAY OUT OF THE WAY to make it right. Friend for life. This guy and his company is the REAL DEAL.
This is the worst place you could ever go for any plumbing issues. We had a burst pipe and this plumber fixed it by placing the pipes on the outside of my walls. Who as ever seen a house with blue and red tubes running through your house. It as decreased the value of our home and we still have to repay someone to fix the entire job. Do not hire these half assed people.
We called Tim mid morning (after a client referred him to us) about a couple sinks at the salon, not only did he answer right away but showed up at the salon later that same day and fixed our sinks up right away. So nice, professional, and prompt. I will be using Tim from now on for business and personal use!
Tim was prompt and helpful when my water heater went out. He explained all my options and was very reasonable with pricing. I highly recommend him!
