Dr Nigel is very good, he's caring and knows what he's doing.
Stay Away!! I would give zero stars if possible! The worst experience ever. The staff needs serious training. The entire story is too much to explain, but I'll give you the highlights. I arrived in serious back pain, could barely walk & the secretary tried to take me on a tour of the office..who does that? After questioning their understanding of my insurance they lied and said they called insu comp, they didn't. They had insurance 100% wrong, I had to explain how policy works! Dr. Nigel is probably by far the best chiropractor I’ve been to. My family has been going to him for years and he’s absolutely phenomenal. He takes his time, and has great knowledge. I highly recommend him.
Nigel Brayer is a thief. If you have insurance with a chiropractic benefit and he tells you there is a $7 copay, it’s a lie. Another one of his scams is to hand you a sheet, supposedly from your insurance, saying they no longer provide chiropractic so you have to join his “club”. He runs his place like an assembly line, not like a the caring chiropractor I go to now. Run from this man.
