Wow-what a selection of furniture. If you can't find it there, you can't find it anywhere. They have nice accessories too.
Do not buy from living spaces bought a couch back in November and it is falling apart bought the extended warranty but it's worth nothing have to jump through so many hoops for them to come out I set up for appointments nobody's call me back nobody's come to my house you talk to set customer service to set up something they don't write it in the computer you call back to follow up and you have to jump through hoops again asked for Management but there never around there either in meetings or busy or away at lunch you asked f... read more
Shopped here for Dining table . They have good selection at very reasonable price. They also gave me discount on delivery charges.
Living spaces is the worst furniture store ever.. I purchased a leather sofa so I thought was leather & within that 1st year it started cracking a lil within a 1 1/2 the seat covers starting cracking really bad mind u when I purchased sofa a purchased the protection package & when I called to use my protection package they did not honor that bcuz it was not ����% leather & now the whole side is starting to crack & tear... Alot of sales people on the floor. I bought a huge ottoman that I'm very happy with. But, I think it was a bit expensive. The people on the dock were very friendly.
DO NOT BUY FROM LIVING SPACES! So I bought a dining set from them worth $2k+. Their sales guy offered me to buy the VIP warranty for 5 years so if something happened to the furniture, they'll fix or replace it, no questions ask. They will even send a technician to my home to fix it without any costs - parts and labor. And so, I bought the extra warranty. After 3 months, 5 of the 7 furniture (4 chairs, 1 table) broke. Worst service ever! Bought a sofa bed from the store which did not fit in the room, talked to a staff at the store and I was told that if I purchase from the store and return the sofa bed, I would have to only pay 5% restocking fee and don't have to pay for the delivery. I asked her three times to make sure and she confirmed that I only have to pay once for the delivery. Not only I was charged 10 % but also the delivery charge. When I contacted the store they said we can help you with these charges if you remember who helped... read more
