I bought a sofa. They said that they have to order it and would be delivered after 2 to 3 weeks. 4 Weeks later I called and said that they were sorry but the manufacturer stopped and there was no back order. I ordered another style and I had to fight to have 10% discount only. When they delivered the new one it was defective. They had to exchange. The first one was manufactured in America but this one was from China. QC never made a good work. They charged me 996 dollars by mistake and it takes 5 to 6 days to be refunded as ... read more

I love this place! Employees always know there stuff! I love the look and set up of the whole store! Employees make it fast and fun! One thing that stands out is the great interaction between the managers and team members. You don’t always see that in retail.
Every time I go in here, the team is so helpful. I really like the no pressure vibe i get when I go in there, too!
