We are love, love, loving our stay here. The resort is lovely and our room luxurious. It's a true gem. We had a great dinner from an excellent menu and excellent service. The grounds are gorgeous!! A very special place!

This is an awful place to work. Poor management with a total lack of leadership drives away employees. They have such a bad reputation in Taos that nobody wants to work there and many vital positions go vacant for months on end. The severe staff shortage means service is compromised and the remaining staff members are overworked. Kessler Collection who owns the property has not provided the funds necessary to maintain the hotel properly. Many of the roofs leak, walls are cracked and systems are not functional. The staff are so nice! On top of that the grounds are gorgeous through out the year. And!! The Living Spa, a hidden gem, is the perfect place to pamper yourself.
