My husband and our 18 month old daughter have stayed at El Monte Sagrado twice now. The grounds are stunning, the staff is very courteous, and the rooms are very nice. This past trip we had breakfast which was excellent.
My daughter Brittany Bauer and Reed Altman had their wedding on June 18, 2016 at El Monte. I want to let you know it was just beautiful! Deborah is awesome and so helpful. We couldn't have done the wedding without her. She helped my daughter for months before the wedding...giving suggestions etc. My daughter had the wedding of her dreams because of Deborah and your staff. The hotel is beautiful and the service was outstanding until the last day of our stay. We had a set of Bose headphones come up missing from our room. They were on the bedside table when we left in the morning and gone when we returned in the evening. We were told the employee who cleaned our room was a 'long time' employee who had no history of problems so basically, they do not believe they were taken. I guess they sprouted legs and got up and walked out on their own. Needless to say, we will never stay here again.
First the guy from Coffee Cats bigs up the piano, and now Kimberly Walker participates in the Extras Shoot and I'm all Reality Of Missing Out. I refuse to miss out further. I eagerly await the next event(s).
This resort is incredible ! We stayed in the Native American suite rm 14 with an amazing view off the balcony ! The suite is gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable ! We love it here .
Problems with TV and they are "working on it". That check in system is a mess The 15% meal discount is not honored anywhere
Beautiful hotel with wonderful art by Ed Sandoval displayed throughout the property.
