Kristen has excellent attention to detail and a passion for helping others. As a Ukrainian dancer I wouldn’t have been able to perform at our show if it wasn’t for her help.
I saw Kristen for massage therapy and what I appreciated is she took the time to understand the issues I was facing and tailor the care accordingly. Greatly helped me to prep for a dance performance, would highly recommend.
Kristen provided amazing soft tissue treatments before a dance show and it truly made a huge difference. Her kindness, compassion, and positivity made for a relaxing treatment. Would recommend!
Dr. Kristen is amazing! After my session I felt much looser and more prepared for a dance performance. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything. She also gave me some great recommendations on how to stretch and take care of the muscle afterward, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.
