Living Roots is a dynamite company: superb attention to detail, knowledgeable installers. I discovered an issue yesterday; they were here early this a.m. to fix it, AND went above & beyond in remediating something they wasn't even in their bailiwick!
Amanda and her team have been awesome in helping my yard and gardens meet my needs. They were also very timely in response to my initial inquiry and stay in touch in between visits. I am very satisfied with their maintenance and installation services.
We’ve hired this service twice, and both experiences have been unacceptable. The first job was a simple side-yard cleanup before tenants moved in. She quoted roughly $300. The final bill came back at $1,200. We disputed it, but she claimed extensive labor hours and “tough business conditions.” Against our better judgment, we paid the inflated invoice—for what amounted to pine straw, raked leaves, and minimal cleanup.
