Renewed a lease in my name when i didnt live there. Just finding out about this now 5 years later in a cresit check. Wont return my calls.
I would not recommend Matt Guy Principle Broker as an agent. I was referred to him from a good friend thinking he would have my best interests in mind when buying my home, but he only had his own interests in mind. I was hit with a $30,000 assessment after living in the place for 3 years. His buddy home inspector Hopkins failed to tell me how much a new deck on a 3rd story would cost ($20,000). Buyers beware...agent Laura Cavanaugh deletes her clients listings as her tactic in doing a price reduction...and relists it as brand new “just on the market” release...attempting to hide the history of how long the home has been on the market. Nice try...unethical. Deceitful and harmful to the values of all other homes in the community. This is NOT truthful or ethical and will be reported to the state licensing board.
