I don’t typically ever share reviews, but this feels like prudent information to put out there for both tenants and owners. This property management company does not care for their tenants and is extremely hard to get into contact with. As a tenant, I would strongly recommend against signing a lease with them as my experience has been very negative. We had a broken window and Christian from maintenance came by and got it all sealed up for us. Really friendly guy and great customer service. Came within the time frame provided and was quick and efficient!
Rented a home with living room as the property management company. I have nothing but good things to say - I'd definitely rent another home if they were the property management company. Shoogs came to the rescue when our fridge door had accidentally come off and needed to be reattached. He was courteous, professional and cheerful, and was able to resolve the issue right away.
