Have been living in an LRP apt. For 8 years. Mostly without issue. But recently their maintenance and administrators have taken a nose dive in quality and apparently intelligence. Billing disputes are not privy to late fees according to oregon state law, which you should know if you run a rental company. This place is a serious red flag. Tried to schedule a showing for a house and they were pushy about needing a photo holding ID, full photo of front ID and barcode on back before we even met. Hell no. That’s one way to get scammed.
Charging late fees during a billing statement dispute is illegal and yall should know better. I'll be filing with multnomah today. Tick Tock
