I have been going to Dr. Brabston for dental care several years.He and his staff have always been courteous and professional.He has been patient with my being anxious and has always answered any questions about what to expect.He has also been very concerned about pain control. I have had very good pain management for all the procedures he has performed (including root canals and extractions).
Dr. Brabston is a genius. He has managed to save all my teeth or found viable alternatives. (I am now 88 and have been going to him for 30 years.) All this without pain, and no waiting. Plus, I like him and his staff.

The Doctor was very caring and personal...He listened to my problem and immediately started to solve it. He is a brilliant man...very up-to-date on all the newest procedures that showed on his viewing screen....On my way into my appointment I stopped a patient walking to her car...I asked her about the doctor; and, she said that he was the best...she showed me her implants...they were perfect...When I 1st went in...Sandy had already inquired concerning my insurance...His assistant (I think her name is Jennifer) was super eff... read more
Great dentist and staff! Love Dr. Brabston and his staff in Fairhope. Always there when we need him! We moved back to this area 21 years ago and I can say choosing Dr. Brabston was our best decision.

Professional and gentle I have very sensitive teeth. Susie was great. Very conscientious and professional. I received a thorough cleaning and no discomfort!

Dr Brabston is slwsys friendly and professional. I trust his opinion and his work. Although he seemed a little more hurried than usual this time I still felt I got good treatment.
