If you are willing to waste your money applying for an apartment that already got an application, never get back your money and be cheated by Tanner and Adrian, this is your company. I have filed a complaint with the State Licensing Division against Matt Vranic, Chris Dell’Armo, and their agency, Living New York, for refusing to refund our $1,800 commission check on a lease that was never executed. Naomi was an incredible agent to work with! She was genuinely eager and worked hard to help my room mates and I find the perfect place. She has even been in contact with us after the lease signing to ensure that we are happy with everything.
Naomi was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond with finding us an apartment and getting us settled. Even after we signed the lease she stayed in contact with us and offered assistance with our move. I would highly recommend her.
