Read this slowly to yourself, “ Go Somewhere else.” I don’t understand a mental health clinic having a receptionist with such a callous attitude towards patient and parents. Her encounters with patient are rude, passive aggressive, and reprimands that are just insulting. There’s a lack of communication, in this clinic… and “ lack” is being generous.
