I moved out from Roth Ln village Bad management. No timely maintenance and when it comes to security deposit refunds, Pakistani guy who liked to be called manager get into your nerves and make 100 reasons not to give your refund back. Bed , Roaches 🪳 and mice because of trash people dump from back window. Maintenance guy, white guy is verbal abuser with high temper on top of attitude. He talks more & makes silly excuses than doing his job. Good luck potential renter l m out of the hell. Thank you
I lived in the Roth Ln apartments for 2 years and am very sad to be leaving. Neighbors were all very friendly. The location is amazing, with just about every shop and store you could need within a 15 min drive and quick access to bath 81 and 83
Great company to work for. The apartments are in great condition and the maintenance people are prompt and do a great job.
