Purchased a Koldfront AC unit (one of the Living Direct brands). Never worked since day 1, tried to get support but only got the run-around from customer service. Company did not honor warranty for a clearly defective item that was delivered to me in a non-working condition. Made in China...of course.

Ordered a ice maker IB250SSOD. It was installed for a few months before the ice maker over heated and melted. They're refusing to honor the warranty. All I get is the run around. I was promised an escalation, but I'm still waiting after several days with zero response. They claim that the serial number is useless to track the item date of manufactur and sell date. Very disorganized company. Zero customer service. Faulty equipment.

I purchased a dual zone EdgeStar wine refrigerator. First one arrived with a huge dent. They offered a $100 discount which I declined. Second one stopped cooling. New Leaf SC the extended warranty company refuses to service it without seeing a bid of lading to prove delivery date even though manufacturer has verify when it was delivered. Fed Ex doesn't keep recorder this far back which it probably knows. Do not give your hard earned money to either of these companies.

I purchased a Frigidaire window air conditioner from Compact Appliance, which is a subsidiary of Living Direct, in February, 2017. I inspected the box when I received it and did not see any damage to the box. Since I live in Indiana I did not need to install this air conditioner quite yet. I stored it in a safe place in my garage until the first week of May, 2017. When I removed the air conditioner from the box it was damaged.
