Once my Realtor received her commission, she discontinued supporting the remaining open actions after closing while consistently requesting 5 star reviews. The actions may not have been in her court, but it was very clear she did not care we did not receive the money from the Buyers we were supposed to, and only cared about her commission and 5 star review.
