I can’t say enough praise to Melissa and how helpful she was throughout the whole process. She made multiple helpful suggestions as well as ensuring everything went smoothly. High 5 to Melissa and the whole team for making what can be a painful process so much easier.
We chose to use Lioce Properties Group (LPG) because we see them sponsor local youth sports teams. That and people seem positive about them. We are so very happy we did. They were professional, answered all of our questions and walked us through the process. Assisted and communicated along the process. LPG assisted in finding people we needed to get one thing or another to get the house ready to sell. We had a buyer within the first 48 of the house going on the market.
