Staff is always kind & professional. I've been coming here since 2014 & they always assist me with my kids the best.
Told me to wait to pick up a form i wanted the form since i was informed the form was ready by the end of 30 minutes i was told come back because she has no time to fill out form. She has other patients.I had to wait and to be told to come back another day after I informed her what happened to the form I turned in explaining what to fill out her response I don’t know she responded not even apologizing.

My kids have been patients of Dr Osmena for over 10 years.. i love Dr Osmena and how she takes care of my kids... but I just spoke with an extremely RUDE staff member at your office whos name is MAGGIE (?), she said to let you know that she is the one who responded to me in an extremely rude, belittling & unprofessional manner.
