The front staff, particularly Maninder, is extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite repeatedly asking for assistance, no help was provided, and instead unnecessary arguments were started with patients. The staff consistently appears unhappy and unwelcoming, which makes the experience very uncomfortable. That said, Dr. Balwinder was fine and behaved appropriately.
This clinic is waste of public resources and public space.
Extremely rude front end staff, they don’t know how to talk to people or how to deal with anything. Extremely unprofessional, they have 0 empathy for ppl and act like they’re forced to work here.
