I’ve never felt more confident in someone speaking about my health. Hands down, this was money incredibly well spent. Having an entire book dedicated to my blood work was amazing, and being able to record the visit so I didn’t forget anything was such a game changer. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place — you honestly just need to suck it up and go. Like… yesterday.
A very close friend of mine referred me to LiveWell Med. I was nervous and anxious but was grateful for Dr. Alex's attention to my feelings and what was said and simultaneously what was not said. She knew that coming in was a stretch so I value her leaning in to be sure I felt safe and heard.

Dr Watkins and Lizzy and all of the ladies are so full of life and passion for what they do! I honestly never want to leave the clinic. Dr Watkins is so gifted at identifying and treating to help her patients obtain optimal health! I always feel seen and cared for when I am with her! She truly goes above and beyond to do what is in the best interest of her patients. She truly cares for each patient! We are so lucky to have such a dynamic duo working together! I am so thankful for both Dr. Alex and Lizzy!
