I can’t recommend Dr. James Sung enough. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in great hands. What really stood out was how patient and thorough he was—he took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
I had a really great experience at my first dentist appointment in about 2 years. As someone who was a bit nervous going in, the staff made me feel comfortable right away. The front desk was welcoming and efficient, and the dental assistant took the time to explain each step before it happened, which helped ease my anxiety! I’ve been coming to Dr. Sung for a few years now and I can attest that he is such an amazing, personable, empathetic dentist. He always checks to see how I‘m feeling during each procedure. He explains everything thoroughly and gives options when possible. In addition his entire staff is polite and professional. The front desk is more than accommodating, and has worked with me multiple times regarding insurance and billing situations. You will absolutely not regret choosing Dr. Sung as your dentist!
I really like this dentist. It has always been a friendly experience and they make me feel comfortable even though seeing the dentist can be an anxious experience for me. I feel like they have my best interests in mind when it comes to my dental health. Update: I am moving out of state and I want to add to my original review.
