Dr Banks made miracle! Our 14 year old Siamese lost his voice about 2-3 months ago - it started slowly, with raspy voice then went total mute. Was so painful to see him trying to communicate but he couldn’t. We used to go to a different animal hospital nearby… there they admittedly “were trying to figure out” what caused it, but they weren't certain. Dr. Taylor and staff treated my dog well throughout the whole process. I learned a lot about my dogs problem on top of other things that could help her in the future. Clean facilities and welcoming environment! I will be back for annual checkups along with the next ear infection with my dog Kemba
Losing my beloved Bentley has been one of the hardest experiences of my life but through it all, Dr. Banks and his incredible team were there with kindness, compassion, and unwavering care.
