It took 2 weeks to schedule an estimate. In the day prior to this appointment, John called to notify us he needed to reschedule. We were immediately available, so accommodated him coming in to our home and walking through the 3 levels to be painted. He told us to expect the estimate in about a week. At 2 weeks, I called asking if it would be ready soon. He said to give him 1-2 more days.
