Dr. Wolfer and staff took excellent care of our aging dog with several medical problems. We have been with Dr. Wolfer for many years and recommend him and this hospital.
Dr Ruback and staff were great with our cat. We were able to get a same day appointment and they addressed the problem and were very gentle with our pet. I highly recommend them and will be back.
Thank you so much to Dr. Wormuth who took extraordinary care of our Ralph over the past 6 years - half his life! The whole staff was understanding of his curmudgeonly nature and worked with him and treated him with care and respect. We said goodbye to Ralph this week, and Dr. Wormuth was compassionate and sweet and a wonderful support system during his final moments. I have been in the liverpool area for 13 years now an every pet I have I have taken here. The staff is very friendly an my dog enjoys going here. I have to bring him in to even just pick up prescriptions for my cat he likes the staff an drs here so much. I highly recommend them. All the doctors are very knowledgeable an wont lie about a prognosis just to keep you coming back an taking your money. They took excellent care of my senior kitty. He is very standoffish with strangers but took to the doctor immediately.
Staff is friendly. Always can get me in for a last minute appointment when one of my babies isn’t well.
Love them they are very caring and work with my budget
The doctors are top notch and the staff is quite knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! The facility is clean with a welcoming environment. I feel one hundred percent confident that my pets will get the best care possible there and would highly recommend them.
