Without going into detail about my immunocompromised condition, the health center would not dispense heart worm meds to my pets without a full OV. Note* I AM FULLY UPDATED WITH VACCINES AND TESTS at another vet out of state. They should be ashamed of their lack of empathy during these trying times. Requiring money payment ( which I can't afford)at the risk of my pets health. After 20 years of giving them thousands of dollars I WILL NOT RETURN...... And neither will many of my friends and family.
RecommendedI took my 12 year old lab mix in during this virus outbreak so she had to go in alone, and I worried because she has anxiety. But, she cAme back very happy and relaxed after a couple procedures that we didn’t plan for. The vet was very courteous to call and tell me his findings and see if I agreed with his plan. He was also very kind at explaining what he thought she needed and what will happen after the visit. I love these vets and am happy this is where I’ve always taken her. Thank you!!!!! Dr Ruback and her staff are always polite and take excellent care of my cat. I recommend this Health to everyone
Dr. Wolfer and staff took excellent care of our aging dog with several medical problems. We have been with Dr. Wolfer for many years and recommend him and this hospital.
Dr Ruback and staff were great with our cat. We were able to get a same day appointment and they addressed the problem and were very gentle with our pet. I highly recommend them and will be back.
Thank you so much to Dr. Wormuth who took extraordinary care of our Ralph over the past 6 years - half his life! The whole staff was understanding of his curmudgeonly nature and worked with him and treated him with care and respect. We said goodbye to Ralph this week, and Dr. Wormuth was compassionate and sweet and a wonderful support system during his final moments. I have been in the liverpool area for 13 years now an every pet I have I have taken here. The staff is very friendly an my dog enjoys going here. I have to bring him in to even just pick up prescriptions for my cat he likes the staff an drs here so much. I highly recommend them. All the doctors are very knowledgeable an wont lie about a prognosis just to keep you coming back an taking your money. They took excellent care of my senior kitty. He is very standoffish with strangers but took to the doctor immediately.
Staff is friendly. Always can get me in for a last minute appointment when one of my babies isn’t well.
