RecommendedExcellent disinfecting process. Morning, noon and night and between each patient. 50% of pre-COVID patient load. I’m very impressed. My first time out in months-a comfortable experience .
Very, very poor inconsistent service. A shame, since the Dr is so nice, but your business is utterly mismanaged. I have been told false information by various employees so many times over the past couple years.
My family have been going to Livermore Optometry for 10 years. We couldn’t be more happy with their service and care.

so friendly everyone is always so happy and nice, our wait time for our glasses was a lot fast then what was estimated.
Everyone is so nice here! I have had the worst eyesight and have worn glasses since I was 4 years old. Dr. Faith and Dr. Yim have gone over and beyond to give me the best care!
Dr. Faith has been seeing me for my horrible eyesight for about 30 years (since I was 4!!) now and he is and always has been an awesome eye doctor. The staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous - I highly recommend them.
