Dr. Mubarak and his receptionist is great. I wish I remembered her name but she was at the mesquite location the morning I went. They do take a while to answer the phone but they have a lot of patients and different locations. He is the ONLY doctor that listened to my concerns. The ONLY dr that I didn’t have to wait 3 months to see. He listened to the urgency of my symptoms and tried his best to contact other physicians to help me while he ordered studies for me. Agree with all these reviews. Dr. Mubarak is a great doctor! But there is no excuse for the terrible administration. Can never get anyone to take my calls.
Absolutely horrendous. The doctor himself was fine, but good luck doing ANYTHING at all after hours, as far as calling or asking questions. I was an existing patient and will no longer be. Left numerous messages and called numerous times to confirm some things with insurance before I went in for my appointment tomorrow. I live over 1 hour away and not really condusive for me to drive all the way there for things to not work out. This is incredibly unprofessional and careless in part of this office.
