I am taking 2 drops of the 500mg Mello CBD oil to sleep for the second month now. I can fall asleep much easier but still wake up at some point in the middle of the night. But I am not trying to go back to sleep like before. Going back to sleep is much faster with Mello CBD oil. My dreams however are much more vivid and almost feel like my waking life as I can remember my dreams as if they were real.
This CBD oil is wonderful - I only tasted a little before sleeping last night, and even before I went to sleep, I felt the same way I felt back when I took anti-anxiety medicine for the first time (a clear head and mind). Something that had been bothering me mentally just didn't matter as much anymore. I put a few drops into a small glass of water and downed it. The taste is not amazing, but if you chase it with something like water, tea, pickle juice, or beverage of your choice it's not so bad. It immediately elevated my headache. I'm going to continue to see what the effects are taking it in the morning and at night.
These CBD softgels are great, are high quality, and very effective. They are much better than other CBD softgels on the market. I bought some from a different company that was terrible. I’m only buying these from Mello CBD from now on. I feel the relaxing effect immediately.
I thought I’d try Mello CBD oil 500mg for dreadful restless legs to cut back on meds. Only been using it for a couple of days but there seems to be a fairly noticeable improvement. Would take a higher strength but it’s a bit cost-prohibitive at the moment! Also, didn’t realize there was a flavored option – might give that a go next time.
