My doctor sent a referral over to Caitlin Lockhart over two weeks ago and after I left a message I received a call back. April told me that they could not see me because my GLP1 was not high enough. I explained to April that my doctor sent the referral because my insulin is over 100 and I have POS. April said that my doctor could change my diagnosis on the referral and send it again. I have been at this office for a couple years and was being treated for hypothyroidism. My experiences were very smooth and easy being that I only was seen for an annual check-up. However, once interested in starting a family and after experiencing a couple losses I started to feel less supported. Don’t waste your time with this office. Their doctors aren’t professional or knowledgeable. They have no real world experience, they just all repeat the same thing with zero knowledge, oh they’ll just tell you to take medication to SEE if it works and if not they’ll prescribe another one because we are trial humans. Had an appointment once and called to reschedule due to and emergency and the front desk was disrespectful and said since you didn’t call 24-48 hours before you’ll be billed and hang up. I was referred here by my primary care doctor, but unfortunately, I have not been able to even schedule an appointment after more than a week of trying. Every time I call and follow the prompts for new patients, the line doesn’t even ring, it just goes straight to voicemail. I’ve left three separate messages, and each time I’ve only received a voicemail back, which has turned into endless phone tag. I had bariatric surgery a week ago with Dr. Long and everything went so well! Dr. Long is exceptionally kind and caring and took great care of me in the hospital. He is excellent at calming your nerves and making you feel safe. The whole team at LiveNew has been amazing and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
