Don’t waste your time with this office. Their doctors aren’t professional or knowledgeable. They have no real world experience, they just all repeat the same thing with zero knowledge, oh they’ll just tell you to take medication to SEE if it works and if not they’ll prescribe another one because we are trial humans. I was referred here by my primary care doctor, but unfortunately, I have not been able to even schedule an appointment after more than a week of trying. Every time I call and follow the prompts for new patients, the line doesn’t even ring, it just goes straight to voicemail. I’ve left three separate messages, and each time I’ve only received a voicemail back, which has turned into endless phone tag. I had bariatric surgery a week ago with Dr. Long and everything went so well! Dr. Long is exceptionally kind and caring and took great care of me in the hospital. He is excellent at calming your nerves and making you feel safe. The whole team at LiveNew has been amazing and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. This is the best decision I have made for myself and the team really has your back. I appreciate their care and support!

Do not go here. They do not listen. I wrote a review over a year ago and find that it has been removed. This was to be a follow up on what has occurred since a year has past, but it appears that I need to give some context to this now. Over a year ago I had been a patient of Dr Longs for over 11 years. My blood sugars have always been controlled by victoza years prior to even going to Live New. Dr. Long kept me on Victoza until my insurance company refused to pay for it and then put me on Monjaro. After a year of “care” we ended up taking lab results that Dr. Long had for over a year to another endocrinologist, and there were red flags that Dr. Long did not mention and left unaddressed. My wife was continually dismissed with any questions about her care and results. She was just met with another bill with no answers. I don’t believe this practice has the competence to provide proper care for anyone. The level was supposed to be 9 and was over 900 and they missed it for over a year!
