I am in my late 60s and have been with Liven Up Fitness for several months. I like that there are specific workout. I have gone to other gyms and I would avoided machines and exercises i didn't like and fell into a favorite exercise pattern. At Liven Up, I am challenged to do things I didn't think I could.
