Hubby and I have been going 2x a week for the last two months. This gym has exceeded our expectations. The classes led by the coaches are what makes this gym stand out from the rest. The coaches modify if necessary, push you if you want it and give feedback if you need to improve your form. Everyone is super friendly and it doesnt matter what level you are at. This is not a competitive place. You work out at your own comfort level. The gym is also very clean.I already feel better and look forward to continued results.

Liven Up is THE best!! They are so welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring when it comes to their clients. Such a fun atmosphere and community. 10/10 recommend.
