I'm relatively new to Liven Up Fitness. I've done a couple of semi-private sessions and have quickly come to appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism of the trainers. I feel like I am being challenged positively and am encouraged by the progress that I'm making. I've got a ways to go, but...onward and upward!

I love working out at Liven Up. The workouts are designed to target the whole body. I'm a busy single mom/business owner so my workout time is very limited. The semi private sessions are always challenging and give me a full body workout. You will pay more for classes here, but it's well worth it if your goal is looking fitter, as quickly as possible. I like that I can schedule my classes months in advance on the Liven Up app. It's on my schedule so I will show up and get the workout done. Classes are limited to around 10 so... read more

Absolutely great facility! The trainers are wonderful and the clients are friendly. I enjoy going and doing my sessions.
