Our experience with DR Horton has been an absolute nightmare from day one. Construction and workmanship is a joke. Customer service is a joke. We’ve been here a year, and still have so many warranty issues that are not resolved. Simple stuff. Not one time has something been done correctly. Not once. We’ve had our shower “repaired” countless times, it still leaks. We’ve hardly been able to use our bathroom since we’ve moved in. Never again buying a DR Horton home.

Beautiful neighborhood but DR Horton has made building our house a horrible experience. We will never buy a DR Horton home again nor will we recommend them to anyone else. We were pushed back from closing for over a month due to various reasons. Unfortunately they forced us into a situation where we had to close on a house that had numerous issues. Entire tile floor needs to be replaced. We had to move into a house with a shatter window to one of the bedrooms that had been shattered since it was installed. Almost 4 months th... read more
