Very poor reputation and business ethics.
Absolute nightmare. 3 week project according to them and after 8 months they just quit showing up. That includes 4 months of us trying to contact them with no response. Flooring they installed is ridiculous. Glue stains all over, edges peeling, boards are uneven and like a springboard when you walk on them. Skylight they installed leaks even after they supposedly ‘fixed’ already. Screen door is uneven and barely will latch. Love this place
Scheduled for someone to come out and give me a quote on an entry way door, they came out, advised that I would get my quote by email within 24-48 hours. A week later after not getting anything called and spoke to the receptionist to see about my quote. She assured me that someone would call me back that day, it has been weeks! No response, not really a professional way to run a business!
