Not sure what the bad reviews are about, they have the most beautiful software interfaces i have ever seen, it is simply flawless, we are able to manage multiple accounts, listen to recordings of all of the calls and never miss any incoming calls. I have never had any billing issues as some have noted, and in fact cant even think of a single issue.

Awful. Talked me out of the seven day trial period, and signed me up for a one-month period at $149. The first day of the service their call center screwed up three out of the four calls that were made to my business. Told me that my customers were difficult, that requesting their email address was aggravating them, and a host of other half truths and flat out BS. BUYER BEWARE! They've been charging us $159/mo and we find out when calling our own number it says "call will be recorded " and then hangs up. They're crooks
