I dealt with Amir before over a year ago. Extremely rude. I inquired about a property for myself in Winterhaven, just asking the standard questions. He got annoyed with the questions and told me to get a real estate agent. I am a licensed agent. He didn't know because he wouldn't talk for more than 60 seconds. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. Amir will mislead you acting like if your buying the property. Lost 4 thousand dollars in 1 day. Steers you to see what he wants to point out in a contract. These homes are in very poor shape. Getting my Lawyer and the BBB involved. He had just done the same to someone where I bought the house.
