Specialties At Live Well Studio, our goal is the optimal health of our clients. We're honored to have over twenty certified movement practitioners teaching for us. Their expertise and passion allow us to offer over 35 classes a week, 7 days a week, including Yoga, Pilates and Meditation. During the school year we offer FREE Teen Yoga for teens ages 13-17.
