They are excellent here! Service was great, wait time was minimal everyone here is always so helpful and efficient
The doctor was good he but the receptionist (who i believe is the phone operator) was a bit rude at first she sent me away i had to call to make sure I was at the right place. She picked an attitude from the moment i stepped in. I had to call to get the lab results uploaded on my portal. Never got any explanation of the results or what i was supposed to do next from the phone operator. I hope you can improve on that otherwise everything else is fine.
Well run urgent care with great service.
My daughter was coughing a lot and her doctor didn’t have any available appointments soon. The scheduling was very simple, right from my phone. Staff very friendly and polite, from the front desk to the doctor. I was missing some information and the girl at the reception was very nice explaining everything (not only to me but also at some other patients that came after).
