Chris was amazing! He was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly and is very thorough with asking questions and understanding where pain or tension is. I have been to other massage therapists and chiropractors and have never felt the same muscle release as after one session with Chris. He incorporated functional movement with his massages. He also gave me exercises I could do at home and was not pressuring me to sign up for some sort of weekly plan. He is great! Highly recommend
Chris is great! My shoulder has been a mess for years and really took a turn for the worse this past year. I feel like Chris really listened to what I need & is invested in my continued progress, which helps me feel confident & motivated to get my mobility back. I always leave his office feeling better!
Chris was amazing. 3 days ago, I had really bad knots in my left upper shoulder blade that got so painful I had to go to urgent care. After letting the inflammation calm down, I went to see him and he made such a difference. He is a plant daddy so his establishment is very zen surrounded by his beautiful plants. He was patient, thorough, and really worked through the tension. Such a wonderful massage and overall experience with Chris. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable, while asking plenty of questions to make sure he addressed the right issues. 2-3 days later and my primary back pain is gone! He also taught me specific exercises I can practice at home to continue my treatment. Thank you Chris, I can’t wait to come back!
Chris is great and I always feel better after coming to see him. I had a bad injury and he has helped get some of my mobility in my arm back. The best thing you can do for your body is take care of it and Chris helps that!
