I have been living here for about 3 months now and they have been great! From the initial apartment search to move in, the office has been so helpful and accommodating. Maintenance is responsive and prompt. Overall, I would definitely recommend Live South Side.
Honestly surprised how clean and cost effective living in Falcon Court is. I’ve lived in Luxury apartments in areas NO WHERE near as convenient as Falcon Court. My move in process was wonderful, my apartment is a great size (bigger than places I’ve paid more for) management is GREAT. And maintenance is QUICK always, & personable, which makes it even more comfortable letting them in your home/space when needed. Been living here for over a year. Best apartment, hands down! The place is well-maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable, with everything I need just a short walk or drive away. Living here has made life so much better. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home!
The staff was helpful finding me an apartment when I moved to the southside. Whenever I need anything staff responds promptly. Any updates about maintenance or changes are always emailed about. They are pet friendly which is a bonus!
I moved into a Live South Side apartment a few months ago and I love it! Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and efficiently!
