I booked the appointment through the website. Had received a confirmation email a few days prior to the appointment to confirm. Showed up to the house and it’s locked and appeared empty. Also the phone numbers are out of service… not sure if this business closed and the site wasn’t updated?
Another excellent massage. So glad I found this place. I've been so stressed lately and very tense. This place is great to really reset you and get you back on track.

Amazing cupping massage! Richard was very knowledgeable about the muscles, posture, exercises etc. he did cupping therapy and took the pain out of my knotted shoulders and back. Definitely one of the best massages I have got and the owner Kerry was very sweet and welcoming too! Highly recommended!
For those interested in barre classes, these are by FAR the best barre classes I have been to in CT. They are so fun but also make you sore for a day or two afterwards. There is a lot of variation in terms of movement / exercises. The studio itself is really cozy - a lofted space with lots of natural light. The instructors are all awesome, encouraging but also push you. Definitely try a class!
