Attended a wedding at Live Oak Plantation last night....oh my gracious.....it was gorgeous....just gorgeous....the setting was perfect as were the bride and groom. The lighting, tress, parking, swing, lake, mini cabin...just a perfect location and night.

I've used this venue for weddings on multiple occasions. Donna and her team are an absolute joy to work with. They take great care of their grounds and always strive to go above and beyond for the clients. I love all the updates they are adding to better accommodate their clients!
It is a Beautiful House, the yard & surrounding grounds are perfect for a wedding.I just loved it all.
Joe and Donna made my dreams come true! My husband and I wanted an elegant and simple wedding. Donna helped coordinate everything and gave me references for vendors. Their home and property is just naturally beautiful and I could not have asked for more. It's been two dates since our wedding (Oct 22) and I'm still in awe! I HIGHLY recommend this as a wedding venue.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for Donna and Joe. Their hard work, attention to detail, customer service, and patience are only a few words of many to explain how wonderful they are. LOP is a beautiful venue and everything was perfect! A big storm came the night before our wedding day and it rained most of the day of. My niece Mecee Snider got married at Live Oak and the plantation was just beautiful! The ceremony was facing the lake as the sun was going down. The large oak trees were beautiful! The food was great and we danced the night away. Thank you for making this wedding everything that all of us dreamed of. If you have never been to Live Oak as we had not then I would highly recommend checking it out.

The care, love, and attention to detail with which Joe (my dad) and Donna (my stepmom) run this business is unmatched. They have created one of the most beautiful venue locations I've ever seen, and they are constantly thinking of ways to make the weddings here even more amazing and unique.
